I am currently offering facilitation of classes, groups, and workshops, as well as individual client sessions. Everything I offer is rooted in trauma recovery and de-colonial, de-pathologizing perspectives.
Workshops & classes are offered periodically & can also be booked as individual or group experiences, in-person & online!

Here you’ll find some workshops & classes I’m able to facilitate, be it for an individual, group, or organization.
Most of them require 1-2 hour time commitments, though some can be made shorter (such as Qigong for Nervous System Regulation).

In-person classes offered in the Ann Arbor area. Together, we practice qigong to circulate energy & stretch our bodies, followed by inner alchemical practices to clear emotional baggage & meet ourselves deeply in the present moment.

Play with principles & tools to help interpret your dreams & usher your subconscious dreaming into conscious awareness, fostering balance in your waking life.
This is also a great option to help integrate psychedelic or other peak experiences.

Experience some basic techniques to help us regulate our nervous systems with the ancient medicine of qigong. We’ll move, stretch, breathe, and learn about why these practices work from a poly-vagal perspective.

Pain & illness can be deeply upsetting - especially when they’re chronic. In this workshop, we explore what these experiences are asking us to recognize & change, working with pain & illness as sacred allies & teachers instead of enemy combatants. What is your pain or illness wanting to tell you?

Learn some of the basic techniques & principles Daoists & Buddhists have used for centuries to release stuck energies or emotions & refresh our nervous system.

This is an online group for men & male-bodied people to engage in discussions of patriarchy & what it means to be a Man in today’s world as we read & respond to The Will to Change, by bell hooks.

If you’re interested in going deeper (or with more privacy than a group can offer), I also offer 1-on-1 sessions. We can explore topics such as dreams, body signals (like pain & illness), relationships (intimate, familial, platonic, etc.), life myths, and integrating psychedelic (or other kinds of peak/awakening) experiences!
As a Certified Trauma Care Practitioner, my trauma recovery training permeates all of my practices & offerings. I have experience working with individuals who identify as having acute as well as complex trauma backgrounds, particularly survivors of S.A. I also welcome men struggling with patriarchy & finding their place in society, as well as white folks reckoning with their ingrained white supremacy & questioning how to move in our present cultural moment.
I believe that we are all comrades on Earth & my hope is to help others deepen their unique expression of authenticity.
